3-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Any return request made after the 3-day period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase or an order number.

Artificial Jewelry & Stones

Our products are artificial/fashion jewelry and may include artificial stones and decorative materials. Slight variations in color, appearance, or design may occur and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees and other non-refundable charges, if applicable, may not be included in the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

  • Worn, used, altered, or damaged items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to improper care or handling

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with the reason for your return.
